FinCalcs

About FinCalcs

FinCalcs is a set of free calculators for investing, profitability, real estate and startups. Every tool runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you type never leave your device and are never stored.

We built FinCalcs because most calculator sites are cluttered with trackers, account walls and upsells. Ours are plain, fast and private. The formulas are standard, publicly known mathematics that do not change, so the site stays correct without constant updates.

The site is maintained by an independent maker with a background in personal finance and small business math. Content on these pages is checked by the maintainer before release.

How the site works

Pick a calculator from the homepage or the navigation, enter your numbers, and press Calculate. The result appears as a small ledger-style statement you can copy. There is no upload step, no registration and no background analytics reading your inputs.

Because the formulas are public mathematics, the calculators do not need yearly updates the way tax or rate tables do. If you spot an error or want a calculator added, the contact page reaches the maintainer directly.

FinCalcs is a one-person project kept intentionally small: no trackers, no accounts, no editorial noise. The goal is the fastest possible path from a question to a number you trust.

Suggestions and corrections are welcome and directly shape the next release of the site.

Thank you for visiting, and happy calculating.

Enjoy the tools, and share them with anyone who needs a quick answer.
